Glass greenhouse profiles are mainly used in three main aspects: the top covering material, the surrounding covering material, and the drainage gutter of the multi-span greenhouse. The material is aluminum alloy.
Generally, the glass greenhouse frame is composed of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe, so the connection between the glass and the steel pipe requires aluminum profiles to fix the glass. The conventional size of glass ranges from one meter in width and one meter in height to 1.8 meters in height. The three-piece aluminum profile is divided into a bottom plate (fixed to the frame with a dovetail wire), a gusset (the gusset is about ten centimeters in length, and the main function is to clamp the glass on the bottom plate), and a cover (change to the gusset).
The profiles on the top of the glass greenhouse are mainly aluminum alloy herringbone and window aluminum. The top of the patterned greenhouse is a triangular roof style. The top has an aluminum alloy gold roof and aluminum alloy herringbone beams (composed of purlins). The gold roof ridge mainly serves as an intermediate connection, and the aluminum alloy herringbone serves as a fixed glass. The advantages of the combination of aluminum alloy herringbone beams and golden roof ridges are good airtightness and no water leakage at the top. Aluminum alloy has high structural strength, long service life, no deformation or discoloration, and effective service life of more than 25 years.
The greenhouse gutter is made of aluminum material through extrusion to form a hollow structure and the upper two sides of the glass form a V-shaped drainage channel. Because the hollow structure has better bending resistance, the cross-sectional width is smaller than the steel gutter, and the shading area is smaller, Which can meet the best growth environment of light-loving plants, thereby promoting crop yields; in addition, the water tank and dew collecting tank of this type of greenhouse is integrated, with compact structure, convenient installation, and beautiful appearance. However, the greenhouse gutter is technically difficult, and special series of aluminum profiles and sealing strips are required. High-end greenhouses such as imported Dutch greenhouses or domestic high-end greenhouses mostly use aluminum gutter materials.
