The advantages of the combination of aluminum alloy herringbone beams and golden roof ridges are good airtightness and no water leakage at the top. Aluminum alloy has high structural strength, long service life, no deformation or discoloration, and effective service life of more than 25 years.

The greenhouse gutter adopts an extruded building material window aluminum profile through extrusion to form a hollow structure, forming a V-shaped drainage groove with the upper two sides of the glass. Because the hollow structure has better bending resistance, the cross-sectional width dimension is smaller than that of the steel gutter. , The shading area is small, which can meet the best growth environment of light-loving plants, thereby promoting crop yield. In addition, the water tank and dew collecting tank of this type of greenhouse is integrally formed, with a compact structure, convenient installation, and beautiful appearance. However, the greenhouse gutter is technically difficult, and special series of aluminum profiles and sealing strips are required. High-end greenhouses such as imported Dutch greenhouses or domestic high-end greenhouses mostly use aluminum gutter materials.

Extruded building material window aluminum profile is a profile forged with aluminum and other metals. Its advantages are no rust, lightweight, high strength, and easy forging. Aluminum profiles are also used in many places in glass greenhouses in agricultural production.

The aluminum profiles of our common greenhouses are generally used in the position of the end glass. Such aluminum profiles are called glass three-piece sets, which are widely used in the fixing of architectural glass. The bottom of the three-piece suit is fixed on the main column with Beita brand dovetail wire, and then glass glue strips are laid on both sides of the bottom vertical strip for shock prevention and sealing. Then install the glass on the frame and fix it with a fixing piece. Generally, a multi-square glass has at least two fixed pieces fixed on each frame around it. After fixing the glass fixing piece, buckle the aluminum alloy gusset to the fixing plate. Finally, use glass glue to seal around the gusset.
