The greenhouse heating system is to choose the right German heating equipment to meet the greenhouse heating load requirements. The heating system generally consists of a heat source, indoor heat dissipation equipment, and a heat medium delivery system. At present, the heating methods in the greenhouse mainly include hot water heating, steam heating, and hot air heating. In practical application, comprehensive consideration should be given to factors such as the local climate characteristics of the greenhouse construction, the heating load of the greenhouse, the supply of local fuel, and the level of investment and management.

Categories of greenhouse heating system

1. Hot water heating. A heating system that uses hot water heating as a heat medium is composed of a boiler that provides a heat source, a hot water delivery pipe, a circulating water pump, a radiator, and various control and regulating valves. Due to the greater thermal inertia of the heating medium, the temperature regulation can achieve higher stability and uniformity. Compared with hot air and steam heating, although the one-time investment is more and the circulating power is larger, the heat loss is more Small, economical operation. Generally, the outdoor heating design temperature in winter is below -10℃ and the heating time is more than three months, often using a hot water heating system. Most of the northern regions of my country use hot water for heating.

2. Steam heating. A heating system that uses steam as a heat medium. Its composition is similar to the hot water heating system, but because the heat medium is steam, the temperature is generally 100~110 ℃. It is required that the pipeline and radiator conveying the heat medium must withstand high pressure, high temperature, corrosion resistance, and good sealing. Due to the high temperature and high pressure, compared with the hot water heating system, the heat dissipation area is small and the one-time investment is low, but the management requirements are stricter. Generally, the steam heating system is used when there are steam resources or when there is a large area of ​​continuous greenhouse heating.

3. Hot air heating. The heated air is sent directly to the greenhouse through a heat exchanger to increase the room temperature. Since this method forces the air to be heated, the heating efficiency is generally higher. The method of heating air by hot air heating can be hot water or steam through the heat exchanger to blow hot air into the room by the fan, or it can be a furnace to directly burn or heat the air. The former is a hot fan and the latter is called a hot air furnace. The hot air fan includes electric hot air fan, hot water hot air fan, and steam hot air fan, which are different according to different heating media: the hot air furnace has coal-fired hot air furnace, fuel oil hot air furnace, and hot gas hot air furnace. There are two methods of conveying hot air: pipeline transportation and pipeline transportation. The method of pipeline transportation is to create even air supply holes in the pipeline, and the indoor temperature is relatively uniform. The material of the pipeline can be a plastic film or canvas tube; the layout of the pipeline can be in the air or under the cultivation bed.
